Q? what makes community home care different from other companies?

A. CHC is different because we care about our clients and the
quality of care they receive.We do that by a nurse periodic visits
to our client’s home and assesses the caregivers appearance,the home
enviroment and the required documentation.

Q? what kind of services do you provide?

A.community home care provides respite,companion and personal care services
and with a little help sometimes that is all that is needed to keep your
loved one happy and healthy in their home.

Q? Do you provide senior services in nursing home or assisted living facilities?

A. Yes we provide eldercare and companionship to seniors who may require additional
attention to enable them remain independent in assisted living facilities and nursing home.

Q? how do i know my caregiver is trustworthy and has a clean record?

A. we at community home care only hire qualified caregivers who are
responsible and have one year experience in the caregiver role and
they must complete national background check, including fingerprinting,
drugtest and driving record history. Community home care and our caregivers
are bounded and insured and covered by workers compensation insurance.

Q? How often do i get billed for services?

A. Billing is done bi-weekly basis.

Q? How do I contact someone after business hours?

A. community home care on call staff is available
24hrs a day 7 days a week .Your need and request come first.
